Holiday Inn Express Dubai Safa Park By Ihg

Fabulous hotel, the staff was ATTENTIVE, excellent service. The breakfast was sumptuous and perfect for what was on offer, with ' Hot Food' and vegetarians else and fruits. The location was incredible, we were near a subway station. There was a good restaurant, stores and convenience stores next door.

Had a really great stay that is fully booked with meetings, everything was great. I had spacious and compact room here with a right bed and iron plus good breakfast.

I enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the delicious breakfast options available each morning. The location, while a bit isolated, allowed for easy access to the metro for exploring. The shuttle to nearby attractions should be better communicated, as I missed the service due to lack of prior notice.

The location is magnificent, on the two mornings we had breakfast everything was Fine. Plus, it's in Al Wasl district, near to Dubai Mall next to the canal & quiet, Downtown Dubai / the Dubai mall and Dubai Water Canal. Make sure you stay in the business king room with good breakfast.

There is mould in some places.

great base for exploring parks and key attractions

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially since it was just a short 10-minute walk to the Business Bay metro station and only a little over 2 km from the iconic Burj Khalifa, making sightseeing easy during my city strolls.

The service I received from the receptionist set a high standard for my stay. The room had a great city view that added to its charm.

Once again, we loved the friendly welcome at Holiday Inn Safa Park, Dubai AND were delighted to be able to extend our six-night stay indefinitely on account of the disruption to air traffic between the U.A.E. and Manchester in the U.K.

Efficient, cost effective, adequate travel lodge for a short stay or business trip.

Not easy walking access to places ( except La Safa Park) or transport ( except by taxi)

It was ok, I did not get the non smoking room like I ask for. The whole experience was fine.

The breakfast each day was a highlight, with many tasty options. Chef Arun Thomas and his team definitely made the mornings special!

My wife says that it would be great if they enhanced the cleaning service, as we experienced some lapses .

I was there for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. And it had a pleasant view of street😃

Sadly, but there was mold in some areas.

Keeping in mind that hotel is two star, the service is good and the location is close to metro station and dubai mall is on the next station, even jumeriah beach is nearby, though need taxi, hotel is quite.

Placing water or some complementary fruits in room will be a good move, provide shampoo,conditioner, lotion in washroom will be nice and breakfast should have bit more items E.G. omlete.
